It’s milky and watery and I used it like recommended on the hands then rubbing it gently on my face and neck instead of putting on a cotton pad and waisting the product.
It gives a healthy glow and hydration! It felt nice on my skin from the first use and I have dry skin especially during winter, I get a lot of dry skin flares around my mouth area. It helped with the flares and kept my skin hydrated.
I alternate my skincare routine on a daily basis, I don’t use the same steps AM & PM every single day. I sometimes use it PM and not AM and other times the other way around. I see what my skin needs and I do it. If I want an extra boost of hydration I apply it after cleansing on clean dry skin.
