I was surprised how well this seemed to work. Used before bedtime after showering. Probably should use in the morning, rather than going to bed with refreshed, smooth, unpuffy undereyes.This package comes with an inner lid, that seems to help keep the patches sealed in, fresh, not dry out.Also comes with a little curved spoon spatula that is a great hygienic way to get the patches separated. The patches are very thin and surprisingly with the gel, they adher right to the skin under your eyes. Feels very cool and soothing. Stayed on even while walking around. For the full 20 minutes. Didn't have to touch or tamp down once. And then came right off. With what felt like the right amount of remaining gel to rub in. Very refreshing.Nice to pamper yourself sometimes. Like a mini spa event for your undereyes.
I have fairly sensitive skin and the Abib Collagen Eye Patches were gentle on my skin. They are cold and have a bit of a smoky texture when they first go on, but after a minute, they kind of fuse with your skin and you stop noticing they’re there. The packaging says to leave on for 20-30 min and I found that I like these clear eye patches much better than the colored ones, as I don’t notice them out of the corner of my eye the whole time. When I took them off, my skin felt noticeable softer. I’ll have to use them more long term to see if I see a difference in fine lines or wrinkles.
These are a great option for extra skin pampering. I’m not 100% sold on whether or not they’re doing anything for the skin under my eyes long term, but they definitely do give a nice hydrated look right after use. The gel texture is soothing and comfortable which is a big win.I’ve had good luck with collagen and peptides in the past so I don’t doubt there’s a chance they will in fact help long term I’m just not certain. It says the product shows results during “clinical tests” - I like the sound of that in theory, but it doesn’t really state any specifics on how/where/who the tests were done. All in all, I still really enjoy them and look forward to using them during my “self care” days.
These eye masks are very hydrating. i've been trying to do them once or twice a week and I notice my eyes feel plumper and hydrated after using them. They are not irritating at all. I use them for about 10 minutes at a time, then take them off. I would use these again!
I have very few wrinkles at age 60 but I do see a few faint lines under my eyes. I tried these under-eye patches to see what would happen. I have used different types of patches in the past so I am not new to patches. I place them in the evening when I am relaxing on my bed and wait 20 minutes before removing the patches. They moisturize the skin under my eyes and the lines are diminished, at least temporarily. I would need to use the entire jar to see if there are any permanent changes. It is a good product, better than most. The ingredients are top notch.
